We’re very excited at Sullivan’s Heroes to reveal the finished project for Finlay’s home adaptations, after the additional £12,000 required to build the rear extension to the family home has been met. As Finlay’s family states “We are very pleased with results” – and so too are all at Sullivan’s Heroes.

Our sincere thanks go out to Mid Sussex District Council and Chairman Bruce Forbes, who’s support over the past two years of Councillor Forbes’ civic service have amounted to a fantastic over £6,000 being raised for the charity. We were delighted to be able to introduce Chairman Forbes to Libby and her family – one of the first projects the charity supported – and
show him first-hand how the funds so generously raised will be utilised to help the children we support ongoing.

We are equally delighted to bring news of recent corporate support from Pets Corner, who have supported us with a fantastic £10,000 donation, which will make a huge and positive difference to a lot of children’s lives.

Other support has also been gratefully received recently in the form of funds from Dormansland Horse Show Society and Mildred Duveen Charitable Trust; plus further support to build a ‘Space4Jakey’ from Legal & General; together with Swansway Group’s and BT’s fundraising for ‘Team William’.

Thanks to other supporters also who have generously set up Facebook Fundraisers for
their birthdays, and to all those who
supported us at John Lewis in Southampton – we were very pleased to be awarded over 48% of the available funds!
