Our thanks to Independence at Home for their recent generous £600 grant towards ‘Ahmed’s Big Build’.

These funds will be used as part of the project to extend the family home to provide 12-year-old Ahmed with a new wheelchair accessible downstairs bedroom, wetroom and living space, with safe garden access to meet his needs. These specific funds will be utilised towards drainage costs for the new extension works.

Our thanks to all involved for supporting this project, which will enable Ahmed’s daily care and medical needs to be met in a more manageable way, so he can continue to be cared for safely and with dignity in his own home.
