We are delighted to have received support for ‘Building Thomas a Future in Bromley Cross’ recently with a £5,000 donation towards the project from The Ian and Clare Mattioli Charitable Trust.

The adaptations – for which £95,000 has been required to meet the total costs of the project above the Disabled Facilities Grant awarded – will provide 9-year-old Thomas with his own accessible ground floor bedroom and wet room, so he can continue to be cared for safely and with dignity in his own home. 

The project is now well underway with foundations and brickwork taking shape, and this donation will ensure completion point of the building works can be reached all the sooner.
