Fun and Funds

We’re delighted to introduce William to you this month. William’s family are busy fundraising for the £40,000 required to extend their bungalow to meet William’s needs and make all their Christmas wishes come true!

John Lewis’ Community Matters support recently in their Tunbridge Wells store raised a fantastic amount, so we are looking forward to see how much is raised in their Chichester store, where the charity features from now through to January 2019. If you’re shopping there you can help us to raise funds for disabled children’s home adaptations, by popping your green coin in the Sullivan’s Heroes box.

We are very grateful for further support and funds raised recently from various sources including Dormansland Carnival; St. John’s Dormansland; Mid Sussex District Council; Independence at Home and Metaphor IT.

It’s been lovely to see Sullivan’s Heroes and our fantastic fundraisers being featured in RHUncovered recently with details of Lee Buller’s Mount Kilimanjaro climb to raise funds for the disabled children Sullivan’s Heroes is supporting.

And if you haven’t yet got around to those Christmas Cards… here’s a little idea to save you the job, by sending them online through Sullivan’s Heroes.

Please do get in touch if you have any fundraising events, activities and ideas you’d like to share with us; or if you would like to apply for a grant or to fundraise through Sullivan’s Heroes.

Thank you for your ongoing support, it is greatly appreciated.
