Our sincere gratitude to everyone at City Plumbing for their recent generous support towards ‘Building Thomas a Future in Bromley Cross’.

The donation, in the form of a package of electrical items, contains everything required to rewire Thomas’ house as part of the adaptations being put in place to meet Thomas’ needs. 

The project involves creating a basement extension with an accessible ground floor bedroom and wet room for 9-year-old Thomas, allowing to continue to care for him as he gets bigger and heavier, whilst laying the way for independent living once Thomas reaches adulthood.

These donated items will go a long way to reduce the funds required for Thomas’ building works, which have seen Thomas’ family busy fundraising towards the £95,000 shortfall above the Disabled Facilities Grant awarded for the project.

The building works are now well underway and the family are looking forward to installing all the new electrical equipment for Thomas’ new spaces.
