Our thanks to all at The Heydown Trust for their recent generous £1,500 donation towards ‘Courageous Cory’s Big Build’.

These funds will be used towards meeting the remaining shortfall of the £60,000 required above the Disabled Facilities Grant awarded for the project – to provide Cory with a new wheelchair accessible bedroom and wet room with hoisting throughout; plus sensory area, improved living space and garden access – all designed to meet his daily care and medical needs in a more manageable way.

The works have been progressing well and Cory can now enjoy his amazing new bedroom and sensory area, while the rest of the house reaches completion point.

Our thanks to all involved for this donation which will make a huge difference to Cory’s life, greatly improving his safety and well-being in his own home.
