Sullivan’s Heroes is delighted to have received a generous £1,500 donation from Turners Hill Twinning Association, which will be used to support home adaptation projects for the disabled children the charity assists.
This donation will be instrumental in helping the families raising funds through Sullivan’s Heroes to meet the shortfall for the home disability adaptation projects required to be put in place to meet their children’s needs.
These funds play a crucial role in facilitating home extensions for accessible bedrooms and wet rooms, including ceiling hoists and wheelchair lifts. They will also support the creation of wheelchair-accessible living spaces, internal and external ramps and access points – all designed to ensure children can live safely and with dignity, enjoying an improved quality of life at home.
