Our thanks to the NEU Trust Fund Ltd for their recent generous funding towards ‘Henry’s Safe Space’.
The £2,000 granted will be used towards the remaining shortfall above the Disabled Facilities Grant funding awarded to convert the garage at Henry’s home into a safe space with immediate access from the living area of the house, plus create an adapted outside space to meet Henry’s needs.
With the inside works now completed, direct access will also be created to a widened patio area and artificial grass to provide a garden area which Henry can access and use all year round.
Our thanks to all involved – this donation will make a huge difference to Henry’s life and well-being.
