Family Action transforms lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation across the country.

We are extremely grateful for their funds, which will be used towards major adaptions to Vinnie's home to provide a loft conversion for his own bedroom and wet room to meet his needs.
