Our sincere thanks to everyone at City Plumbing for their recent generous support for ‘Sophie’s Independence’ project.

The donation – in the form of every new radiator required for Sophie’s project, including replacing all the existing ones with upgraded ones – will be a huge help in managing Sophie’s temperature and keeping her safe during winter.

These donated items will also help greatly to lessen the funds required for Sophie’s project, for which her family has been busy fundraising to meet the £25,000 shortfall above the Disabled Facilities Grant awarded. 

The extensive building works to provide a new wheelchair accessible wet room, bedroom and living space to meet 5-year-old Sophie’s daily medical and care needs in a more manageable and safer way are well under way – with Sophie providing a watchful eye over the proceedings!
