Our thanks to Independence at Home, for their recent generous £600 funding awarded towards ‘Tay’s Adapted Wetroom’ which is currently under construction.
These funds will be used as part of the project to create a downstairs wetroom for 12-year-old Tay via an extension, providing level showering facilities to meet his needs.
The works are progressing well for the new wetroom, which will enable Tay’s daily care and medical needs to be met in a more manageable way, and will help to promote his independence by providing a safer environment for him.
