We've hit the 30's!

We’re very excited here at Sullivan’s Heroes that we’ve now helped 31 children to date with their home adaptations – and are delighted to bring news of the latest completed adaptations project to ‘Build Noah a Bedroom’.

As Noah’s Mum explains “The adaptations have greatly improved our family life, and Noah and us are no longer at risk of injury from lifting and carrying Noah”.

We’re gearing up for Summer with events being organised over the coming months – the first of these being David Battie’s ‘Potty about Pots’ evening in conjunction with Mid Sussex District Council. Look out for other forthcoming Jewellery & Gift Sales events details too at our Events page.

Thank you to Rock Awnings who have generously donated an all weather gazebo to keep us sheltered and dry at the events too!

Huge thanks to our intrepid marathon star Pippa Hannard, and all her supporters – Pippa not only braved the hottest London Marathon on record, and battled through painful Achilles injury to complete the course in an amazing time of 6 hours and 17 minutes, but she raised a fantastic £1,209 for the disabled children we are supporting.

Our thanks also to Haslar Marina, who generously supported Sullivan’s Heroes as one of their three nominated charities at their recent annual berth holders party.

Please do get in touch if you have any fundraising events, activities and ideas you’d like to share with us; or if you would like to apply for a grant or to fundraise through Sullivan’s Heroes.

Thank you for your ongoing support, it is greatly appreciated.
